| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada, günümüz istihdam anlayışındaki değişimler sonucu iş sözleşmelerinin ötesinde önemi gittikçe artan psikolojik sözleşme kavramı ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişkinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle psikolojik sözleşme ve örgütsel güven kavramları kapsamlı bir teorik çerçeve ile ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın uygulama kısmında ise psikolojik sözleşme ve örgütsel güven kavramları arasındaki ilişkinin ortaya konulması amacıyla Konya ilinde görev yapmakta olan ilaç temsilcilerini kapsayan ankete dayalı bir araştırmaya yer verilmiştir. Bölgede görevli olan toplam 350 ilaç temsilcisine dağıtılan anketten, geri bildirimi gerçekleşen ve değerlendirmeye alınan 166 adetinin SPSS 15.0 programıyla istatistiksel analizleri yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda, psikolojik sözleşme ve alt boyutu olan ilişkisel psikolojik sözleşme ile örgütsel güven ve alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler bulunurken, psikolojik sözleşme ihlâli ile örgütsel güven ve alt boyutları arasında ise negatif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiştir. | dc.description.abstract | This study is intended to determine the relationship between organizational trust and employment contracts of employment beyond the understanding of today's growing importance as a result of changes to the concept of psychological contract. In this respect, primarily on the concepts of psychological contracts and organizational trust were put forward a comprehensive theoretical framework. Then the application part of the study, to analyze the relationship between the concepts of psychological contracts and organizational trust in the province of Konya, in a study based on survey work involving representatives of the drug is given. 350 questionnaries were distributed to representatives of the drug who are working in this area, 166 were taken into consideration feedback period is actual and statistical analyzes were performed using SPSS 15.0 program. Results show that the size of the psychological contract and sub-dimensions of relational psychological contract with the positive correlation between organizational trust and meaningful relationships, while the dimensions of psychological contract breach and organizational trust and meaningful relationships have been identified in the negative direction.
