Özet
Nitelikli insan gücünün yetiştirilmesi, niteliklerinin sürekli geliştirilmesi ve yenilenmesi Türk eğitim sisteminin en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Bu süreçte temel eğitimini bitiren nüfusun iş hayatına ve üniversiteye hazırlanma aşamasını ortaöğretim kurumları üstlenmiştir. Bu ortaöğretim kurumlarından meslek liselerine ayrıca ülke ekonomisinin ve sanayisinin ihtiyaç duyduğu ara insan gücünü yetiştirmek görevi verilmiştir. Ülkemizin dünyadaki gelişmelere ve bilgi toplumuna uyum sağlayabilmesi, uluslararası rekabet gücünü geliştirebilmesi, işsizlikle mücadele edebilmesi ve sosyal refah düzeyini yükseltebilmesi için, işgücü piyasasının talep ettiği nitelikte ve nicelikte insan gücü yetiştirecek eğitim sistemi büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bir ülkenin ekonomi ve sanayisinin gelişimi için mesleki ve teknik eğitim bu derece önemli iken ülkemiz ortaöğretimde mesleki ve teknik eğitim ile ilgili koymuş olduğu hedeflere ulaşamamıştır. Bu çalışmada Anadolu Meslek Lisesi öğrencilerinin okudukları okulu seçme nedenleri analiz edilerek, gelecek beklentileri ile sorunları tartışılmaktadır.
Qualified manpower training, continuous quality improvement and renewal of the Turkish education system is one of the most important issues. Graduated from basic training in this process to work, the population of the high schools and universities undertook the preparation stage. Secondary schools to vocational schools in the country?s economy and industry, also needed to search were given the task to train manpower. Our country in the world developments and the information society in adjusting to the international competitiveness of developing it can, unemployment is fighting can and social welfare increase able to labor market demand that quality and quantity of manpower make the education system of great significance is. For the development of a country's economy and industry, vocational and technical education was so important about our country's vocational and technical education in secondary schools have set targets that could be reached. In this study, Anatolia Vocational High School students to choose what they read and analyze the causes, problems and future prospects are discussed.
