Öğe THE EFFECT OF ACCOMMODATION ENTERPRISES WORKERS' PERCEPTION OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP ON ORGANIZATIONAL IDENTIFICATION: THE CASE OF KONYA(MEHMET AKIF ERSOY UNIV, 2018) Celik, NerimanServant leadership perceptions of employees affect organizational identification levels either directly or indirectly. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between servant leadership and organizational identification in the tourism sector. In this context, an empirical study has been conducted with 379 employees in the accommodation enterprises in Konya with easy sampling method from non-random sampling methods. The data collected were analysed using SPSS Amos 21 (TM) software. According to the research findings, servant leadership perception of the employees of the accommodation enterprises has a positive and significant effect on organizational identification. Additionally; empowerment, authenticity, humility and stewardship subdimensions of the servant leadership have a positive and significant influence on the organizational identification. Furthermore, it has also been found that the courage subdimension of the servant leadership, has a negative but significant effect on organizational identification.Öğe A RESEARCH ON ASSESSING THE IMPACTS OF HUMAN RESOURCES APPLICATION ON WORK-LIFE BALANCE(MASTERS INT CONSULTANCY RES PUBL, MIRDEC, 2017) Beduk, Aykut; Celik, NerimanIn recent years, Human Resources Applications became an increasingly important enterprise function at enterprises. This has many reasons but a few of those reasons are human resources management including many factors such as; working hours, payment settings, productivity, role distributing, role conflicts, work analysis, work load, performance assessment and employment conditions. Thanks to such applications of Human Resources Management will provide personnel establishing a balance satisfying and making successful their work lives and private lives. Any possible errors, faults or missing at the contrary applications may cause negatively occurring of this balance. Because, work life balance refers satisfaction of personnel in various fields like health, work, private life, career at their both private life and work life. In this case, human resources management has importance that cannot be ignored at the enterprises. The relation between Human resources Management (HRM) applications and WorkLife Balance will be set forth through this study. The research will be performed at the accommodation enterprises that are active in City, Konya.
