dc.description.abstractSon yıllarda, tıbbi hata ve malpraktis kavramlarını hem sağlık sektöründe, hem de medyada sıklıkla duymaktayız. Amacı insan sağlığını korumak, insanın fiziksel ve ruhsal hastalıklarını tedavi etmek olan hekimlik sanatı, çağdaş tıbbın gerektirdiği en tehlikeli tedavi yollarını uygulamakta ve büyük risklerle karşı karşıya kalmaktadır. Genel kural olarak, bütün meslek grupları gibi doktorların da meslek uygulamaları sırasında meydana getirdikleri hukuka aykırı sonuç ve zararlardan kaynaklanan hukuki ve cezai sorumlulukları vardır. Tababet uygulamaları esnasında oluşabilecek komplikasyonlardan veya malpraktislerden dolayı hastalar hekimi üst makamlara şikâyet edebilmekte, dava açabilmekte ve tazminat kazanabilmektedirler. Araştırmanın amacı hekimlerin defansif tıp uygulamaları konusunda karşılaştıkları problemler ve defansif tıp uygulamasına bakış açılarını anlamaktır. Defansif uygulamaların yaygınlığının değerlendirilmesini, belirlenmesi ve dava açılan hekimlerle açılmayan hekimlerin defansif eğilimlerinin farklılığının bulunmasını konu almıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak için anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışmada hekimlerden 131 (%75,7) si malpraktis iddialarından kendilerini korumak için görüntüleme tetkiklerini daha fazla kullandıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Hekimlerinin defansif hekimliği uygulamaları ile ilgili tutum anketi puan ortalaması 47,13 8,092 (14-70) olarak hesaplanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, we have often heard the concepts of medical error and malpractice both in the healthcare sector and in the media. The art of medicine, which aims to protect human health and treat people's physical and mental illnesses, implements the most dangerous treatment methods required by contemporary medicine and faces great risks. As a general rule, doctors, like all professional groups, have legal and criminal responsibilities arising out of unlawful consequences and damages that they bring to the courts during their occupational practice. Patients can complain to senior physicians due to complications that may arise during medical applications or due to malpractice, can sue and get compensation. The aim of the research is to understand the problems faced by the doctors in defensive medicine and to look at the application of it. The aim of this study is to evaluate of the prevalence of defensive applications and the difference between the defensive tendencies of doctors who are not opened the case and the doctors who are opened the case. Survey method was used to collect data in the survey. In this study, 131 (75.7%) of doctors stated that they used more imaging tests to protect themselves from malpractice allegations. The attitude questionnaire average score of doctors' defensive medicine applications was calculated as 47,13 8,092 (14-70).en_US
