Özet
The reaction of anti-chlorophenylglyoxime with suitable alkylamines in ethanol-water at 0 degrees C gives the unsymmetrical vic-dioximes, namely, N-ethylaminophenylglyoxime (L(1)H(2)), N-propylaminoglyoxime (L(2)H(2)) and N-butylaminoglyoxime (L(3)H(2)). The Ni(li) and Cu(II) complexes of these ligands are square-planar while the Co(II) complexes are octahedral with water molecules as axial ligands. The structures of these complexes are proposed based on elemental analyses, IR and magnetic susceptibility measurements.
