Sığırlarda Tüberküloz ve Diğer Granülomatöz Pnömoniler Üzerinde Patolojik İncelemeler

| dc.description.abstract | The study was carried out to reveal the pathology and Incidence ol tuberculosis (Tb) that currently ine· reased and other granulomatous pneumonia (GP) in cattle. For this purpose, the lungs and the mediastinal-bronchial lymph nodes ol 4062 canla staughtered at Konya Konet Slaughterhouse were examined, and in 53 (1.30 %) cases, GP were determined. Out of these cases, 45 (85 %) luberculosis, 6 (11.3 %) actinobacillosis and 2 (3.7 %) pneumomycosis were diagnosed. In addiborı to these cases, tuberculous granulomas were lound in 4 mediastinal Iymph nodes as well, making up a totalty 49 (1.2 %) Tb cases. Certain and differential diagnosis ol ıhese diseases was per· formed by typical macroscopic and microscopic features of the leslons and abservaıions ol agents on sections stained with specific sıaining melhods. it has concluded that, by taking aeeount Tb which made up 85 % of GP, GPs In ealde need lo be examined in terms of Tb. Besides, that 1.2 % of aıı examined cattle suffers Irom Tb has shown the im· portance ol antemortem and postmortem examinations in abattoirs lor public health. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalişma, son zamanlarda tekrar artış eğilimine giren tüberküloz (Tb) ile diğer granülomatOz pnömonilerin (GP), sığırlardaki illSidensi ile makroskobik ve mikroskobik özelliklerini ortaya koymak amacıyfa yapıldı. Konet Mez· bahasında kesilen 4062 baş sığırın akciğerferi ve ilgili lenf düğümleri muayene edilerek, 53 (% 1.30) olguda GP tespit edildi. Bunların 45 (% 8S)'inin Tb, 6 (% 1'.3)'5ının aktinobasi1loz ve 2 (% 3.7)'sinin pnömomikoza ilgili olduğu be· lirlendi. Aynca, sadece mediastinal lenf düğümlerinde 4 olguda daha Tb'a ilgili granülomların belirfenmesiyle toplam 49 (% 1.2) olguda Tb saptandı. lezyonların tipik makroskobik ve mikroskobik özellikleri ile özel boyamalarda etkenlerin görülmesi sonucunda kesin ve ayıncı teşhisieri sağlandı. Sonuç olarak, GP'lerin % 8S'inin Tb olduğu dikkate ahnınca, sığırlardaki GP'lerin öncelikle Tb yönünden değerlendirilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır. Ayrıca, muayene edilen bOtün sığlrfarın % 1.2'sinin Tb'lu oluşu insan sağhğı açısından meıbahalarda antemortem ve postmortem muayenelerin mut· lak suretle yapılmasının ne derece önemli olduğuna işaret etmektedir. | en_US |
