dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı inverted papillom nedeni ile cerrahi tedavi uygulanan olguların sonuçlarını değerlendirmektir. Olgu Sunumu: İnverted papillomlu üç erkek hasta sunuldu. Sonuç: İnverted papillom, burun ve paranazal sinüslerin nadir görülen lokal invazyon gösteren benign bir tümörüdür. Benign bir tümör olmasına rağmen rekürrens ve malign transformasyon bildirilmiştir. Tedavide amaç, cerrahi sınırlar temiz olacak şekilde tümörün tamamının çıkarılmasıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: The aim of the present study was to investigate results of the patients who underwent surgery for inverted papilloma. Case Report: We presented three different male patients with inverted papilloma. Conclusion: Inverted papilloma is a rare benign, locally aggressive tumour of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Although a benign tumour, it was reported recurrence and malign transformation. Surgical management aiming at removal of the tumour together with a margin of normal mucosa should be the aim of therapy.en_US
