| dc.description.abstract | In the study, healthy and adult, 12 Angora goats were used. The animals were divided equally into two groups Group 1 (Control) and Group 2 (Zn Group) were fed ad libitum with a basal ration and the basal ration supplemented with 250 ppm Zn for 3 months. In the Zn group, plasma Zn levels were found to be significantly (P < 0.05) hig- her than those in the Control group at the all sampling times. While plasma Cholesterol level in the Zn group were found to be higher than Control group during the study, the difference in the month 3 was important (P < 0.05) Plasma HDL-C(High density Lipoprotein Cholesterol) levels did not show any differences between groups during the study Plasma phospholipid levels of Zn group were significantly (P < 0.05) higher than in Control group in the month 2. 3. Ho- wever Erythrocyte membrane phospholipid levels were generally higher in Zn group as compared with Control group and the difference lonely in the month 2 was important (P<0.05) On the other hand, erythrocyte membrane cho- lesterol levels were found to be slightly higher in the Zn group unless different from those in Control group. Consequently, the Zn supplementation in Angora goats seems striking in respect of the changes in plasma and eryt hrocyte membrane lipid fractions, because of the important roles of phospholipids and cholesterol on dynamics and structure of these cells. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada sağlıklı ve yetişkin, 12 adet Ankara keçisi kullanıldı. Hayvanlar 2 gruba ayrıldıktan sonra 3 ay süreyle 1.grup (Kontrol)'taki hayvanlar bazal rasyon ile 2. Grup hayvanlar (Grup Zn) ise 250 ppm Zn (Çinko) içeren aynı rasyonla beslendi. Çalışmada plazma Zn düzeyi 3 ömekleme zamanında da Kontrol grubununkinden önemli oranda yük- sek bulundu. (P < 0.05) Plazma kolesterol düzeyi 3.aydaki farklılık önemli (P < 0.05) olmak üzere, bütün örnekleme zamanlarında Grup Zn'da Kontrol grubundan yüksek bulundu. Çalışmada plazma HDL-C (Yüksek dansiteli lipoprotein kolesterolü) düzeyleri açısından gruplar arasında herhangi bir farklılık belirlenemedi. Plazma fosfolipid düzeyi ise Zn Haveli grupta özellikle 2. ve 3. aylarda Kontrol grubununkinden önemli oranda yüksekti (P < 0.05) . Eritrosit membrani fosfolipid düzeyi genellikle Zn ilaveli grupta Kontrol grubununkine göre daha yüksek olmakla birlikte, yalnız 2. aydaki farklılık önemliydi (P < 0.05) Diğer yandan eritrosit membrani kolesterol düzeyi Zn ilaveli grupta, Kontrol grubununkinden farklı olmaksızın biraz yüksek olarak belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, plazma ve eritrosit membrani fosfolipid ve kolesterol düzeylerinin eritrositlerin yapı ve dinamikleri üzerindeki önemi ve bu çalışmada plazma ve eritrosit membranı lipid fraksiyonlarındaki değişiklikler göz önüne alındığında, Ankara keçilerinin rasyonlanna Zn ilavesinin sonuçlan dikkate değer görünmektedir. | en_US |
