Özet
Ergonomi bilimindeki son gelişmeler yavaş yavaş Organizasyon ve Yönetim Ergonomisine doğru kaymaktadır. Ergonomi sadece özel bazı durumlarda yararlanılan bir alan olarak değil, insan ve teknolojiyi optimum koşullarda birleştiren ve her durumda öncülüğüne başvurulan bir yol gösterici bilim dalı olarak görülmelidir. Ergonomik analiz, çalışma alanındaki problemlerin belirlenmesini kolaylaştırmak amacıyla, işyerinin ergonomik durumunun sistematik olarak kaydını içeren bir yöntemdir. Hizmet veya mal üretilsin her kuruluşta gerek ürünün gerekse üretim faaliyetlerinin önce ergonomik olup olmadığı sorgulanmalıdır. Ergonomik bilgiler ışığında biz insanı sadece fizyolojik açıdan yararlanılan bir öge olarak değil, beyin gücü açısından yaratıcı ve güçlü bilgi işleme yeteneği olan bir öge olarak dikkate alırız.
The recent developments of ergonomics tend to move to Organi-zational and Management Ergonomics. Ergonomics is not an applied science only for special cases, but also very necessary scientific branch for an optimum interface of man, machine and material. Ergonomic analysis is a systemic recording mechanizm which may be used to facilitate the identification of problems in workplace. In every condition we have to ask ourselves whether the product or the production is ergonomic. We consider the Numan being not only as an important muscular element of the system but also an element that can be creative and has a powerful information processor capability.
