| dc.description.abstract | In this study, some haematological and haemodynamic changes in hypovolemic dogs were investigated. For this purpose totally 20 dogs were used as a material. The dogs were anesthetized with thiopenthal sodium (30 mg/kg iv), and then haemorrhagic shock was performed experimentally The mean arterial pressure (MAP) was reduced to 4015 mmHg and maintained at this level for 30 min (Hypotensive period). The blood samples for the determination of hemogram and blood gases analyses were taken before the experiment and at the end of the hypotensive period and other paramaters were recorded Before the experiment the mean arterial pressure (MAP). the mean systolic arterial pressure (MSAP) and the mean diastolic arterial pressure (MDAP) were found to be 120.7, 151.4 and 105.4 mmHg, respectively. These values were found to be 41.5, 54.0 and 35.3 mmHg at the end of the hypotensive period, respectevely. On the other hand, before the experiment while the mean heart rate and the mean respiration rate were found to be 64.3 and 15.6, the same values were determined to be 102.2 and 33 at the end of the hypotensive period, respectively. At the end of the hypotensive period, the mean values of WBC, haematocrit and haemoglobin levels decreased drastically when they were compared with the levels before the experiment. At the end of the hypotensive period, apH and vpH, aHC*O_{3} and vHC*O_{3} apC*O_{2} C*O_{2} and vtC*O_{2} V*O_{2} saturation, a*O_{2} and V*O_{2} concentration levels decreased. On the other hand, at the end of the hypotensive period the mean arterial base excess (aBE) and venous base excess (VBE) levels decreased drastically. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, hipovolemik köpeklerde bazı hematolojik ve hemodinamik değişiklikler incelendi. Bu amaçla materyal olarak 20 köpek kullanıldı. Köpekler sodyum tiyopental (30mg / k * giv) ile anastezi edildikten sonra deneysel olarak hemorajik şok oluşturuldu. Ortalama arter basıncı (OAB) 40 plus/minus 5 * mmH * g' * y düşürülerek 30 dakika bu seviyede (Hipotensiv dönem) tutuldu. Araştırma başlangıcında ve hipotensiv dönem sonunda hemogramın belirlenmesi ve kan gazları için kan örnekleri alındı, diğer parametreler kaydedildi. Deneme öncesi ortalama arteriyel basınç (OAB), ortalama sistolik basınç (OSB) ve ortalama diyastolik basınç (ODB) sırasıyla; 120.7, 151.4 ve 105.4 mmHg belirlendi. Bu değerler hipotensiv dönem sonu sırasıyla; 41.5, 54.0 ve 35.3 mmHg bulundu. Diğer taraftan deneme öncesi ortalama kalp atım sayısı ve solunum sayısı sırasıyla; 64.3 ve 15.6 olarak belirlenirken, aynı değerfer hipotensiv dönem sonu 102.2 ve 33 olarak bulundu. Hipotensiv dönem sonu ortalama akyuvar sayısı, hematokrit değer ve hemoglobin seviyeleri deneme öncesi değerlere göre bariz şekilde düştü. Hipotensiv dönem sonunda apH, vpH, aHC O 3^ * vHC*O_{3} apC*O_{2} atCO2 vtCO2 arteriyal ve venöz oksijen doymuşluğu, arteriyal ve venöz oksijen miktarı düştü.
