Özet

In this study, the affects of labor motivation on the emotional commitment of a hotel's employees for organizations were investigated. A theoretical model was tested by utilizing structural equation modeling based on data obtained from 120 employees of a five-star hotel. Results of data analysis revealed that the proposed theoretical model had a good fit with data available ((?2 (97, N = 120) = 112.70, p<.05, RMSEA =. 37, GFI =. 89, AGFI =. 85, CFI =. 98, NNFI =. 99). The most interesting finding of the research is that intrinsic motivation factors have higher correlation coefficients compared to extrinsic motivation factors for hotel employees. © Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
