dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada septisemi şüpheli 15 (Hasta grubu) ve sağlıklı 10 (Kontrol grubu) adet buzağı materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Kan örneklerinde PLT sayılan ölçüldü. Koagulasyon profili için plazma APTT, PT, TT, fibrinojen and FDPs düzeyleri tespit edildi. APTT kontrol grubuyla karşılaştırıldığında hasla grubunda uzamıştı (p0.05). Fibrinojen konsantrasyonu hasta grubunda kontrol grubuna göre daha yüksek bulundu (p0.01). Hasta grubu buzağılarda venöz kan PLT sayıları kontrol grubuna göre önemli oranda düşüktü (p0.001). Bu çalışmanın sonuçlan, septisemi şüpheli buzağı ölümlerinde DİC'in bir risk faktörü olabileceğini akla getirmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractFifteen calves with presumed septicemia (Sick group) and 10 clinically healthy calves (Control group) were used as a material. The PLT count in blood samples were measured. For the coagulation profile, plasma APTT, PT, TT, fibrinogen and FDPs values were determined. APTT was prolonged in sick group compared with control group (p<0.05). Fibrinogen concentration was found to be higher in sick group than control group (p<0.01). There was significantly decrease in venous blood PLT count in experimental group compared to the control group (p<0.001). The documents from the study suggested that DIC can be risk factor for mortality in calves with presumed septicemia.en_US
