Özet
Left displacement of the abomasum (LDA) is one of the metabolic disorder of the digestive track of dairy cattle and characterized by various degrees of abomasal distention (Robertson et al., 1966; Fubini et al., 1992; Ok et al., 2000). Several methods for conservative and surgical treatment had been described. Conservative methods had an inherent limitation and they did not stabilize the abomasum to prevent recurrence (Lowe et al., 1965; Robertson et al., loc. cit.; Fubini et al., loc. cit.; Buckner, 1995; Braun et al., 1997). The aim of this study was to study the anamnesis, signalment, clinical findings and evaluate right flank omentopexy in cattle with left displacement of abomasum.
