Özet
Araştırma Problemi: Dünya’da birçok ülkede Sağlık hizmetlerinde Değere Dayalı satın alma ve geri ödeme yöntemleri kullanılırken; Türkiye’de sağlık hizmetlerinde değere dayalı satın alma ve geri ödeme yöntemleri üzerine yapılmış yeterince çalışma ve uygulamaların olmaması. Araştırmanın Amacı: Sağlık hizmetlerinde değere dayalı satın alma ve değere dayalı geri ödeme sistemlerini incelemek ve değerlendirmektir. Ayrıca literatürde bu konuda yapılan çalışmalara katkıda bulunarak konunun önemine dikkat çekmektir. Yöntemi: Bu çalışmada nitel çalışma tekniği olan literatür taraması ile konunun araştırılması, incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Yapılan literatür incelemesi sonucunda sağlık hizmetlerinde değer algısının maliyetlerde sabitlik veya azalışlar ortaya koyulabileceği tespit edilmiştir. Dünya’da birçok ülkenin sağlık hizmetlerinde değere dayalı model uygulamaları kullandığı ve olumlu sonuçlar elde edildiği bulgularına rastlanmıştır. Ancak Türkiye’nin bu konuda geri kaldığı gözlemlenmiştir.
Research Problem: While many countries around the world use Value-based procurement and reimbursement methods in health care; value-based purchasing of health services in Turkey and repayments made on the methods of work and lack of enough practice. Purpose of the Study: To examine and evaluate value-based purchasing and value-based reimbursement systems in health services. In addition, to contribute to the studies in the literature on this issue is to draw attention to the importance of the subject. Method: In this study, the literature was searched, examined and evaluated as a qualitative study technique. Results and Conclusion: As a result of the literature review, it has been determined that the perception of value in health services can reveal stability or decreases in costs. It has been found that many countries in the world use value-based model applications in health services and positive results are obtained. However, it has been observed that Turkey is lagging behind in this regard.
