Ipsilateral elbow and forearm fractures are quire rare in children. We present a Monteggia lesion with ipsilateral supra condylar humerus fracture in a 13-year-old girl. Through early surgical management, a successful result was achieved. We believe that, to minimize any initial or subsequent complications in such fractures, early surgical management should be the first treatment choice.en_US
