Özet
Bu çalışmada erteleme kurumunun tarihçesine kısaca değinilmiştir. Erteleme kurumunun ne olduğu, hangi şartlarda kurumun uygulanabileceği açıklanmıştır. Erteleme kurumunun çeşitlerinden bahsedilerek hangi hallerde erteleme kurumunun hüküm doğuracağı anlatılmıştır. Erteleme kurumunun hangi hallerde uygulanacağı ve bu durumda hangi kararlara hükmedileceğinden bahsedilmiştir. Kamu davasının açılmasının ertelenmesi kurumundan bahsedilmiş ve sonuçlarının neler olduğuna yer verilmiştir. Son olarak da konuyla alakalı olarak 7188 sayılı kanunla yapılan değişikliklere yer verilmiştir.
In this study, the history of the procrastination institution is briefly mentioned. It is explained what the postponement institution is and the conditions under which the institution can be applied. By mentioning the types of the postponement institution, it has been explained in which situations the postponement institution will give effect It was mentioned in which situations the postponement institution will be applied and which decisions will be ruled in this case. The institution of postponement of filing a public lawsuit was mentioned and what the consequences were. Finally, the amendments made with the law numbered 7188 related to the subject are included.
