| dc.description.abstract | In the study, the effects of aspirin and garlic powder supplementation on some electrocardiographic pa- rameters in hypercholesterolaemic rabbits were investigated. Although the plasma cholesterol-rich ration for 4 weeks significantly (p < 0.05) increased as compared with the control group, the plasma cholesterol levels in the group supplemented with garlic powder was found to be significantly lower than in both the group received the cholesterol-rich ration alone and the group fed the ration with aspirin (p < 0.05) The heart rates in the control group (252.7) and in the groups supplemented with garlic (286.0), aspirin (271.7) and lonely cholesterol (276.3) were not significantly dif ferent from each other. The duration and voltages of P. QRS and T waves measured in lead II and the durations of P Q and Q-T intervals in the same lead showed no significant difference between groups. It was not also determined any changes in respect of the shape and position of the waves in all leads of the treatments as compared those in the control group. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Çalışmada, aspirin ve sarımsak tozunun yüksek kolesterollü rasyonla beslenen tavşanlarda bazı elekt rokardiyografik parametreler üzerine etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. Dört hafta boyunca %1 oranında kolesterol içeren rasyonla beslenen gruplarda plazma kolesterol düzeyleri kontrol rasyonu ile beslenen tavşanlarınkine göre anlamlı olarak artmasına rağmen (p < 0.05) , kolesterollü rasyonla birlikte sarımsak verilen gruptaki düzey hem sadece kolesterollü rasyonla beslenen grup hem de aspirin verilen gruptakinden önemli oranda (p < 0.05) oranda düşük bulundu. Kontrol grubu (252.7)ile Sarımsak (286,0), aspirin (271.7) ve sadece kolesterol ilavesi yapılan grupta (276.3) ki kalp atım sayılanı istatistiki olarak birbirinden farklı değildi. II. bipolar ekstremite derivasyonunda ölçülen P. QRS ve T dalgalanının süre ve amplitüdleri ile P-Q ve Q-T aralıklarının süreleri gruplar arasında önemli bir farklılık göstermedi. Ayrica deneme gruplanndan alınan bütün derivasyonlarda dalgaların şekil ve konum yönünden kontrol gru- bununkinden farklı olmadığı belirlendi. | en_US |
