Özet
In the rapidly changing business environment, many organizations, regardless of their scales and types, face with such obstacles and negativeness as crisis. Especially, small and medium sized industrial enterprises are more affected by crisis environment since their financial and human resources are limited. The fundamental objective of this study is to determine to what extent , small and medium sized industrial enterprises in textile industry are affected by crisis environment and to elaborate the methods and approaches they prefer to implement in order to eliminate if possible or to minimize the negative effects of the crisis environment taking place in Turkish industry.
