Sığır Adenovirus Tip 1, 2 ve 3 (BAV-1, 2 ve 3) Seroepi?demi?yoloji?k Olarak Araştırılması

dc.description.abstractBu çalışma, Türkiye'nin bazı bölgelerinde BAV-1, 2 ve 3 enfeksiyonlannin seroprevalansını tespit etmek amacryla planlanmıştır. Iç Anadolu (567 kan serumu), Akdeniz (145 kan serumu), Güneydoğu Anadolu (176 kan serumu) ve Doğu Anadolu (98 kan serumu) bölgelerinden toplam 986 adet sığırdan kan serumu toplanmış ve mikronötralizasyon testi (mNT) ile BAV-1, 2 ve 3'e karşı nötralizan antikor varlığı ve titresi yönünden araştınlmıştır. Mikronötralizasyon testi ile yapılan serolojik kontroller sonunda toplam 986 sığır kan serumunun 263'ünde (%26.67) BAV-1'e, 197'sinde (%19.98 ) BAV-2'ye, 190'inda (%19.27) BAV-3'e karşı nötralizan antikor varlığı tespit edilmiştir. BAV-1, 2 ve 3 antikorları, iç Anadolu bölgesinden alınan 567 kan serumunun % 22.05'inde, %16.93'ünde, %19.40'ında, Akdeniz bölgesinden alınan 145 kan serumunun % 31.72'sinde, %21.38'inde, % 17.24'ünde, Güneydoğu Anadolu bölgesinden alınan 176 kan serumunun % 31.25'inde, % 24.43'ünde, % 20.45'inde, Doğu Anadolu bölgesinden alınan 98 kan serumunun % 37.76'sında, %27.55'inde, % 19.39'unda gözlenmiştir. Ayrıca, mNT'i ile pozitif olduğu tespit edilen kan serumlarının SN so değerleri; BAV-1 için 1/14.1-1/1260, BAV-2 ve 3 için 1/14.1-1/1060 arasında olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada kan serumu alınan sığırların, % 35.90'inda virusun sadece bir tipine. % 10.64'ünde virusun iki tipine ve % 2.83'ünde de virusun üç tipine karşı spesifik antikor varlığı tespit edilirken, % 50.60'ında testte kullanılan virus tiplerine karşı spesifik antikor varlığı belirlenememiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, seroprevalence of BAV-1-2-3 infections was investigated in different regions of Turkey. A total of 986 blood sera from cattle in middle (567 blood sera), south (145 blood sera), southeast (176 blood sera) and east Anatolia regions (98 blood sera) were screened for presence of neutralizing antibodies and titers against BAV1,2 and 3 by microneutralization test (mNT). The number of seropositive cattle were 263 (26.67%) of 986 for BAV-1, 197 (19.98 %) of 986 for BAV-2 and 190 (19.27 %) of 986 for BAV-3. BAV type 1, 2 and 3 antibodies were observed in 22.05 %, 16.93 % and 19.40 % of 567 blood sera from middle Anatolia; in 31.72 %, 21.38 % and 17.24 % of 145 blood sera from south Anatolia; in 31.25 %, 24.43 % and 20.45 % of 176 blood sera from south-east Anatolia; 37.76 %, 27.55 % and 19.39 % of 98 blood sera from east Anatolia, respectively. Titers of serum neutralizing antibodies were found 1/14.1-1/1260 for BAV-1, 1/14.1-1/1060 for BAV-2 and 3. 35.90 % of the cattle had antibodies to only one type of BAV, 10.64 % of sera had antibodies to two types of BAV and 2.83 % of sera had antibodies to BAV type 1, 2 and 3. However antibodies to BAV type 1, 2 and 3 were not detected in 50.60% of 986 sera.en_US
