Özet
Bu çalışmada fotovoltaik etki ile güneş pili işleminin temel ilkeleri üzerine bir derleme yapılmıştır. Fotovoltaik pazarının gelişimi ve dünya piyasasındaki yeri anlatılmıştır. Silisyum türlerinin güneş pili üretimindeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Güneş pili üretiminde kullanılan diğer malzemeler de tartışma konusu yapılmıştır. Dünya elektrik üretimine büyük katkının hedeflendiği fotovoltaik sektörünün geçmişi ve geleceği ele alınmıştır.
In the present study , on the main points of the working principles of photovoltaic solar cells. The involvement and importance of silicon on the solar cell production are investigated. Other materials used in the production of solar cells are also considered. The past and future of the PV sector that projects to highly effect the world electric production is taken into account.
