| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada fotovoltaik etki ile güneş pili işleminin temel ilkeleri üzerine bir derleme yapılmıştır. Fotovoltaik pazarının gelişimi ve dünya piyasasındaki yeri anlatılmıştır. Silisyum türlerinin güneş pili üretimindeki yeri ve önemi üzerinde durulmuştur. Güneş pili üretiminde kullanılan diğer malzemeler de tartışma konusu yapılmıştır. Dünya elektrik üretimine büyük katkının hedeflendiği fotovoltaik sektörünün geçmişi ve geleceği ele alınmıştır. | en_US |
