| dc.description.abstract | Üç bölümden oluşan bu yazının konusu Atatürk’ün Türk çiftçisine öncülük ve önderlik etmek amacıyla kurduğu çiftlikler ve bunların hazineye devredilmesidir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde ilki 1925’te kuruluşuna başlanan Atatürk Orman Çiftliği olmak üzere Atatürk’ün Anadolu’nun çeşitli yerlerinde kurduğu çiftlikler ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde çiftliklerin kuruluş amaçlarına ulaştıktan sonra bunların nasıl hazineye devredildiklerinden bahsedilmektedir. Üçüncü bölümde Atatürk’ün hazineye bağışladığı çiftlikler de dahil olmak üzere Devlet Üretme Çiftlikleri’nin daha iyi idare edilmesi için yapılan yasal düzenlemeler değerlendirilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This aim of this paper, which consists of there parts, is to study the establishment of the state farms by Ataturk to illustrate and teach new agricultural techniques to the Turkish farmers and later their transfer to the Turkish treasury. The first section deals with the farms that were established in various places of Anatolia starting with Ataturk’s Farm in Ankara. The second section takes up how these farms were transferred to the state ownership after the realization of initially intended goals. The final section covers the developments about legal regulations aimed to better organize and administer the State Production Farms including the ones donated by Ataturk. | en_US |
