dc.description.abstractIn this study, the following substituted bis(diaminoglyoximes) have been synthesized from anti-chloroaminoglyoxime and the substituted aromatic diamines. 1,1'-Diphenyl-ethylene-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPEDGH4), 1,1'-diphenyl-methylene-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPMDGH4), 1,1'diphenyl-4,4'-bis(diaminoglyoxime) (BPDGH4) and 1,4-phenylenebis(diaminoglyoxime) (PDGH4). The complexes of these ligands with Cu(II), Ni(II) and Co(II) have been prepared. The structures of the ligands and complexes are proposed to be square-planar and polymeric on the basis of H-1-NMR, IR and elemental analyses results.en_US
