dc.description.abstractIn this preliminary work, chemical analyses were carried out on waste samples taken from old waste disposal site in Konya. Organic solvent extracts and water eluates of waste samples were prepared according to DEV S4 Standard Method and German Research Association (DFG) S 19 Multi-Method. The samples were analysed for 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by GC. Sum parameters and heavy metal contents of the samples were measured from the water eluates.en_US
