Özet
Markalar ya da Şehirler Yüzyılı olarak adlandırılan 21. yüzyılda kentlerde meydana gelen değişmelere paralel olarak ülkelerin ve kentlerin fiziki, sosyal ve kültürel görünümleri de değişmektedir. Kentlerin bu görünümü, ülkelerin kültürel tarihini, ekonomik gelişmişlik düzeyini olduğu kadar, toplumsal ve sosyo-psikolojik özelliklerini de yansıtmaktadır. Bu süreç, yani farklı toplumsal grup ve kültürlerin oluşturduğu çeşitlilik, farklı kültürlerin kendilerini kent ortamında yeniden üretmelerini ve buna ilişkin kentsel bütünleşme ve kaynaşma sorunlarını da beraberinde getirmiştir. İnsanoğlu varolduğu günden bugüne toplumsal yapının en temel birimlerinden birini teşkil eden komşuluk müessesini incelediğimiz bu çalışmada, söz konusu sürecin komşuluğun toplumsal yapı içindeki yeri, komşuluk hakkındaki genel kanaatler, komşuluktan doğan hak ve ödevler, beklentiler komşularla olan ilişkilerin niteliği, niceliği ve yoğunluğu üzerine etkisi konu edilmiştir.
The physical, social and cultural perspectives of countries and cities are changing as parallel ·of.the changes that took place in the cities in the 21th century which is called as "Brands or Cities Century". These perspectives of the cities are reflecting the countries cultural history, !eve! of economic development as much as social and socio-psychological feautures. This process, that is, the variety created by different soda! groups and cultures, leads to reproduce diff erent cultures themselves in city environment and regarding this urban integration and cohesion problems carried with in. in this research, we analyzed neighborhood community which constitutes one of the basic units of the social structure since human beings existed, the place of the neighborhood in the social structure in this process, general belief about neighborhood, rights and duties arising from neighborhood, expectations, the effects of neighborhood relations on its characteristics, quantity and quality have been discussed.
