dc.description.abstractDevelopments regarding stem cell studies in recent years have been promising in implementation of stem cell therapy on diseases during pregnancy. Experimental studies have been conducted on stem cell therapy of some specific diseases which is seen during pregnancy. Yet, due to legal and ethical procedures experimental studies have been not performed on pregnant women. Studies on rats have been promising in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus and myocardial problem during pregnancy. Stem cell therapy gives rise to many ethical debate, even if it is promising on treatment of health problems during pregnancy. This review was conducted to investigate accordance with the literature about stem cell during pregnancy, stem cell therapy in health problems during pregnancy and pregnancy after stem cell therapy.en_US
dc.description.abstractSon yıllarda kök hücre çalışmalarıyla ilgili gelişmeler, gebelik döneminde görülen hastalıklarda kök hücre tedavisinin uygulanması konusunda umut verici olmuştur. Gebelik döneminde görülen bazı spesifik hastalıklarda kök hücre tedavisine yönelik deneysel çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Deneysel çalışmalar yasal ve etik prosedürler nedeniyle henüz gebeler üzerinde gerçekleştirilmemiştir. Ratlar üzerinde yapılan çalışmalar, gebelik döneminde görülen sistemik lupus eritamatozus ve myokardiyal sorunların tedavisinde umut verici olmuştur. Gebelik döneminde yaşanan sağlık sorunlarda kök hücre tedavisi umut verici olsa da birçok etik tartışmayı beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu derleme; gebelik döneminde kök hücre, gebelik döneminde görülen sağlık sorunlarında kök hücre tedavisi ve kök hücre tedavisinden sonra gebelik konularının literatür doğrultusunda incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır
