Özet
In this study, formation of the cisterna chyli and course and termination of the thoracic duct were macroscopically investigated. In this purpose, eight Akkaraman sheep were used. India ink were injected to various nodes of these animals. The thoracic duct originated from the cranial part of the cisterna chyli and coursed dorsolaterally of the thoracic aorta at the right of the median plane. At the fourth and fifth lumbar vertebra it inclines somewhat cra- nioventrally and passes to left side of the median plane. It was determined that the thoracic duct terminated to the dorsolateral surface of the left external jugular vein at the level of the first rib. In this research, it was observed that the cisterna chyli is located saclike, an elongated lymph reservoir at the ventral to large psoas muscle at the level of the second and third lumbar vertebra. Two small lymphatics joined together and formed lumbal trunks which opens to cistema chyli, following a short courses. At the level of the third lumbar vertebra, the cisterna chyli receives the lumbar visceral and coliac Visceral trunks is formed by the jejenal, intestinal and colic trunks. The celiac trunks is formed by the hepatic and gastric trunks.
Bu araştırmada cisterna chyli'nin anatomik oluşumu ve buraya katılan efferent damarlar ile ductus thoracicus un seyri aldığı efferent damarlar ve açıldığı venalar incelendi. Bu amaçla 8 adet Akkaraman koyunu kullanıldı ve çeşitli lenf yumrulanna siyah çini mürekkebi enjekte edildi. Ductus thoracicus un cisterna nin cranial ucundan çıkarak postcardial bölgenin sağında ve aorta thoracica'nin dorsolateralinde seyrettiği ve 4-5, thoracal vertebra düzeyinde sol tarata geçerek cranioventral yönde ilerlediği beirlendi. Bu lent damarının 1 costa düzeyinde v jugularis externa s nistra nin dorsolateral yüzüne açılarak sonlandığı belirlendi. Bu çalışmada lenf rezervuan olan cistema chyli'nin 2. 3. lumbal vertebra düzeyinde ve m psoas major'un ventralinde oval bir kesecik şeklinde olduğu tespit edildi 3 lumbal vertebra düzeyinde, trunci lumbales, truncus visceralis ve truncus celiacus'un bağımsız olarak aynı düzeyde cistema chyliye açildiklan belirlendi. Trunci lumbales'in 2 ince dal halinde birleşerek, cisterna chyliye açıldığı tespit edildi Truncus visceralis in truncus intestinalis, truncus colicus ve truncus jejunalis'in birleşmesiyle oluştuğu gözlendi. Truncus celiacus'un ise. truncus hepaticus ve truncus gastricus'un birleşmesiyle oluştuğu belirlendi.
