dc.description.abstractÖnceleri ofis sistemleri dendiğinde akla gelen eşyalar masa, sandalye, daktilo makinesi ve telefon iken fotokopi makinesinin icat edilmesi ile dokümanların çoğaltılması söz konusu olmuştur. Zamanla kişisel bilgisayarların da ofislere girmesi ve bilgisayarların ağ ortamında birbirleri ile iletişim kurması sayesinde diğer ofis ekipmanlarının da ortak kullanımı söz konusu olmuştur. Herkesin ofis içinde ortak kullandığı çeşitli büyüklüklerdeki ofis araçları yıldan yıla değişik özelliklere sahip olarak gelişmiştir. Önceleri analog olarak çalışan, bilgisayar ile bağlantı kuramayan ve ayrı birer makine olan fotokopi, yazıcı, tarayıcı ve faks makineleri ilerleyen teknoloji ile beraber gelişerek ağ ortamında çalışan ürünler haline gelmişlerdir. Bu gelişmelerin son halkası internetin ve ağ teknolojilerinin sunduğu olanaklar sayesinde bilgisayarlar birbirleri ile mekandan bağımsız iletişim kurmaya başlamışlardır, internet sayesinde artan bilginin gruplanması ve sınıflandırılması sorunu dijital bilgi yönetimi kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Çünkü bilgi, geleneksel yöntemlerle çözülemez hale gelmiştir. Geniş kapsamlı teknolojiler, uygulanmaları esnasında sorunları beraberlerinde getirseler de bilgi endüstrisinin artan güvenlik ve entegrasyon ihtiyaçlarına olan duyarlılıkları, organizasyonların güvenilir ve modüler bilgi zincirleri inşa etmelerine yardımcı olmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractFormerly when office systems were remarked, table, chair, typewriter and telephone were imagined. The people who had the four things we had described above could open an office and carry out their business. Later after invention of photocopy machine, documents can be copied.In the course of time with participating of personel computer into the offices and communication through the network, the common application of other equipments can be possible. Various type of office equipments used jointly in the office by everyone have upgraded by possessing new and different qualities year by year. Photocopy machines, printer, scanner and fax which were run as analogue and single couldn't link with the computer previously have become products which can work at the network with the developing technology. The latest point of this development is the internet. The possibilities which we have by means of internet and network, computers have started communication with each other without place. The classification and banding problem of increasing knowledge by means of internet have created the term of digital knowledge managing. Solving knowledge problems with the traditional methods have been impossible. In spite of bringing the problems of wide ranging technologies while they are using, the sensitivity of knowledge industry to the increasing security and entegration requierements have helped the construction of certified and modular knowledge chains of organizations.en_US
