dc.description.abstractBilgi teknolojilerinde meydana gelen gelişmelerle şekillenen bilgi toplumu kavramı, sanayi toplumundan her yönüyle ayrılmakta ve yeni bir toplum türü olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Daha çok gelişmiş ülkeleri etkisi altına alan bilgi toplumu yavaş yavaş gelişmekte olan ülkelerde de etkisini göstermeye başlamıştır. Bu bağlamda, gelişmişlik düzeyinin sürekliliğini sağlamak için bilime, teknolojiye ve eğitime daha fazla önem verilmelidir. Türkiye gibi diğer gelişmekte olan ülkeler de gelişmiş ülkelerin seviyesine gelebilmek için bilgi teknolojilerinden her alanda yararlanmalıdırlar. Bilgi çağında insan, bilgiyi üreten, yöneten en önemli faktördür. Buna bağlı olarak liderleri yeteneksiz ve gelişmelere ayak uyduramayan toplumların gelişmesi beklenemez. Bu yüzden liderlerin çağa ayak uydurabilen, bilgiyi ve bilgi teknolojilerini doğru kullanabilen kişiler olması gerekmektediren_US
dc.description.abstractThe concept of knowledge society, which has been movided with the changes emerging in the knowledge technologies is entirely discriminated from society of industry and it emerged as a land of society. Society of knowledge wholly effecting developed countries has gradually commenced to affect developing countries. Therefore, more importance should be given to science, technology and education to provide the continuity of the level of the improvement. Other devoloping countries like Turkey ought to benefit from knowledge technologies in all fields so as to reach the level of developed countries. In the period of knowledge, human is the most important factor producing and directing the knowledge. Hence, the development of the societies whose leaders are unexperienced and can’t keep with the proress, can’t be expected. So the leaders have to be people who can keep up with the time and use the knowledge and knowledge technologies correctlyen_US
