Mn, Fe, K, Na, AND P CONTENTS IN SOME TRICHOLOMA (FR.) STAUDE (TRICHOLOMATACEAE) TAXA FROM CENTRAL ANATOLIA, TURKEY

Özet

The concentrations of Mn, Fe, K, Na and P were analysed in wild edible and inedible Tricholoma (Fr.) Staude taxa [T. orirubens Quel, T. imbricatum (Fr.) P.Kumm., T. columbetta (Fr.) P.Kumm., T. cedretorum (Bon) A.Riva var. cedretorum and T. anatolicum H.H. Dogan & Intini] from Turkey by ICP-AES equipment. The highest Mn, K, and Na concentrations were determined as 113, 65266 and 3450 mg.kg(-1) in T. orirubens respectively. The highest Fe and P concentrations were determined as 3215 and 10883 mg.kg(-1) in T. columbetta.
