| dc.description.abstract | Enrofloxacin was given to clinically healty six holstein dairy cows at a dosage of 2, 5mg / k * g of body weight by IM as only dose. Milk samples were taken from cows 24th, 48th, 72th, 96th and 120th hours after drug administration and before administration. Residues of enrofloxacin were determined in milk samples by HPLC method. Determined means concentrations of enrofloxacin in milk samles were respectively 0.035 ± 0.005, 0.025 ± 0.009, 0.0054± 3mcg / m * l at 24th, 48th and 72th hours. Enrofloxacin was not determined in milk samples at 96th and 120th hours. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Sağlıklı 6 ineğe İM yolla 2.5 mg/kg dozunda enrofloksasin tek doz olarak verildi. İneklerden ilaç uygulamasından önce ve uygulamadan sonraki 24., 48., 72., 96. ve 120. saatlerde süt örnekleri alındı. Sütlerde HPLC yöntemi ile enrofloksasin düzeyleri belirlendi. Sonuçta ortalama olarak 24., 48., ve 72. saatlerde 0.035 plus/minus 0.005 0.025 +0.009, 0.0054±0.003 mcg/ml düzeylerinde enrofloksasin tespit edilirken 96. ve 120. saatlerde ilaç kalıntısı belirlenemedi. | en_US |
