Özet
Post-modernizmle birlikte anlamkaymasına uğrayan kavramlardan biri devlettir. Eğer bireyler, toplumlarınsürekli bir gelişim içerisinde olacağı ve hep daha iyiye gideceği fikrindenvazgeçmişse, devletin rolü nasıl değişecektir? Kapitalizmin kalesi olanAmerika’daki gibi bir ekonomik kriz anında, bir baba figürü olarak zorda kalantüm ekonomik aktörlere el mi uzatacaktır? Devlet kavramı her gün ve yaşanan hertoplumsal eylem sonrasında tekrar tanımlanmakta ve sorgulanmaktadır. Buçalışma, hem ülkemizde hem de dünya genelinde devletin kriz ve korku anlarındagüçlenen ve otoriterleşen; rutin dönemlerde liberalleşip küçülen devinimleriniaçıklamayı hedefler.
One of the concepts that have meaning lossed throughpostmodernism is the state. if individuals give up on a idea that societieswill continue to develop and to get better, how this will change the role ofthe state in the future? Such as USA which the castle of capitalism, it isgoing to reach out to all economic actors who have been struggling, as afather? The concept of state is redefined and questioned every day and afterevery social action. This study aim toexplain the movements of states which becoming stronger and more authoritarianin times of crisis and fear and becoming liberal and passive in routineperiods, both in our country and worldwide.
