Özet
Bu çalışma küreselleşme çağında hızla şekil değiştiren devletlerarası güç mücadelesinin yeni ve güçlü aktörü “uluslararası terörizm”i asimetrik savaşın miladı olarak kabul edilen 11 Eylül ve sonrası ile değerlendirebilmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Çalışmada; terör örgütlerinin küreselleşme sürecine, asimetrik savaş döneminin miladı olarak sunulan 11 Eylül’ün getirdiklerine, terörün hem devlet hem de illegal güçlerce bir strateji olarak seçilme nedenlerine, 11 Eylül sonrası medyada tek merkezli dönemin çöküşüne, devletlerarası güç mücadelesinde yeni yol olarak kabul edilen uluslararası terörizmin ve terör örgütlerinin geleceğine değinilmiştir.
This study has been done on the purpose of evaluating the “international terrorism” which is the new and the powerfull actor of the interstate power struggle that has changed shape quickly in the globalization era, with the September 11 which is accepted as the turning point of asymmetrical war and with the period after it. In the study;the globalization process of terrorist organizations, the results of the September 11 which is the turning point of asymmetrical war, the reasons which the terror is choosen as a strategy by illegal powers and the states, the collapse of centric period in mass media after the September 11, the future of international terrorism and terrorist organizations which are accepted as a new way in the interstate power struggle have been mentioned.
