dc.description.abstractAmaç: Konya yöresinde kistik ekinokokkozis insidansını belirlemek. Yöntem: Konya Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumu Hastanesinde 1993-1998 tarihleri arasında 246869 hasta muayene edilmiş ve bu hastalardan 180117'i servislere yatırılmıştır. Servislere yatırılan hastalardan 213 ‘ü (% 0,81) kistik ekinokokkozis teşhisi konularak ameliyat edilmiştir. Bulgular: Bu hastalardan 147'sini (% 68,98) bayanlar, 66'sini (% 30,96) erkekler oluşturmuştur. Lokalizasyon yerleri dikkate alındığında karaciğerde 211 olgu, böbrekte 2 olgu tespit edilmiştir. Kistik ekinokokkozis ile birlikte; 1 olgu da kolisistik tümör, 1 olguda göbek fıtığı ve 3 olguda taşlı safra kesesi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Kistik ekinokkozisin yayılışında azalma kaydedilmemiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: To determine the incidence of cystic echinococcosis in Konya region. Method: A total of 246869 numbers patients were examined in Social Insurance Hospital of Konya between 1993 and 1998 of whom 180117 were hospitalised and 213 (0.81 %) of them were operated following diagnosis. Results: 147 (68.98 %) of these patients were female and the 66 were (30.96 %) male. When localisation of hydatid cyst were investigated; 211 cases of liver and 2 cases of kidney involvement were detected. One case of colesistic tumor, 1 case of umblical hernia and 3 cases of stoned vesicule were detected as mixt cases. Conclusion: No decrease in the incidence of cystic echinococcosis was detected.en_US
