dc.description.abstractAmaç: İnsanda brusellozun serolojik tanısında kullanılan çeşitli testler vardır. En sık kullanılanları Standart Tüp Aglutinasyon ve Coombs anti-brusella testleridir. Çalışmadaki amacımız immuncapture aglutinasyon testinin tanı değerini (Brucellacapt) Standart Tüp Aglutinasyon ve Coombs anti-brusella testi ile karşılaştırarak araştırmaktır. Yöntem: Klinik olarak bruselloz şüphesi olan 74 hastanın serumu çalışmaya dahil edildi. Bu serumlarda Rose Bengal, Standart Tüp Aglutinasyon, Coombs anti-brusella testi ve Brucellacapt testleri çalışıldı. Bulgular: Brucellacapt testi, Coombs anti-brusella testi ile uyumlu bulunurken SAT ile istatistik olarak uyumsuz sonuçlar verdiği saptandı ve bulunan titreler Brucellacapt testinde daha yüksek idi. Sonuç: İmmuncapture aglutinasyon testi (Brucellacapt), Coombs anti-brusella testine benzer sonuçlar vermektedir. Bu test brusellozun tanı ve takibinde blokan antikorları da tespit etmesi nedeniyle kullanılabilecek iyi bir testtir.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: The methods mostly used in the diagnosis of brucellosis are Standard Tube Agglutination and Coomb’s anti-brucella test. The aim of this study is to investigate and compare immunocapture agglutination test with Standard Tube Agglutination and Coomb’s anti- brucella test. Methods: 74 serum samples of brucellosis suspected patients were included in this study. Rose Bengal, Standard Tube Agglutination, Coomb’s anti-brucella test and immunocapture agglutination tests were performed to these serum samples. Results: It was found that immunocapture agglutination test was correlated with Coomb’s anti- brucella test but not with Standard Tube Agglutination. The titrations obtained with brucellacapt were higher compared to other methods. Conclusion: İmmunocapture agglutination test gives similar results to Coomb’s anti-brucella test. Brucellacapt is a convenient test for diagnosis and follow up of brucellosis with an advantage of detecting blocking antibodies.en_US
