Özet
Bu çalışmada, duvar renginin aydınlatmada güç performansına etkisi incelenmiştir. Aydınlatma LED (Ligth Emitted Diode)’lerle sağlanmıştır ve LED rengi beyaz seçilmiştir. LED’lerin enerji ihtiyacı güneş panelleri aracılığıyla güneşten elde edilmiştir. Dört ayrı duvar rengi için aydınlatma performansı incelenerek güneş panelinin gücü belirlenmiştir. En fazla enerji ihtiyacı koyu gri tavan, koyu yeşil duvar renginde oluşmuştur. Koyu yüzeylerde ışığın az yansımasından dolayı seçilen aydınlatma şiddetini sağlamak için daha fazla enerji ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. Beyaz yüzeylerin ve yansıtma katsayısı aynı olan temiz badanalı yüzeylerin kullanılmasında en az enerji gerektiği görülmüştür. Aylık güneşlenme sürelerine göre, yaz aylarında panel ihtiyacı azaldığı, kış aylarında arttığı görülmüştür. En az enerji ihtiyacı temmuz ayında, en fazla enerji ihtiyacı ise aralık-ocak aylarında oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study power performance of an illuminating system with respect to the influence of wall colors has been investigated. Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) were used for the illumination and white was the LED color selected for the purpose. The energy demands for the LEDs were covered by the sun through the use of solar panels. The power of the solar panels was specified after separately studying lighting performances of four different wall colors. The highest power consumption occurred on the dark grey roof and dark green wall colors. Due to the fact that light is only slightly reflected on dark colored surfaces, higher power needs were necessary on these surfaces in order to achieve the required illumination intensity. It was found that the use of white surfaces and clean whitewashed surfaces with same coefficient of reflection necessitates at least amount of energy consumption. The study also found that based on their monthly exposure to sun light, the panels’ power needs decrease during summer and increase in winter. It was found that July exhibits the least amount of energy needs whereas December-January is the period where maximum energy is consumed.
