dc.description.abstractAmaç: implant-abutment bölgesinde daha kuvvetli ve stabil bir birleşmeyi sağladığı savunulan spline implant sisteminin kısmi ve tam dişsiz hastalarda uygulanımı hakkında bilgi vermektir. Vaka Raporu: 2 tam dişsiz ve 2 kısmi dişsiz olmak üzere 4 hastaya implant-abutment arasında yeni bir dizayn ile bağlanma sağlayan Calcitek firmasına ait toplam 14 adet spline implant uygulanmıştır. Protezleri yapıldıktan sonra hastaların 12 aylık klinik takip ve değerlendirmeleri tamamlanmıştır. Sonuç: Hastaların 12 aylık takip dönemlerinde implant kırılması, abutment vida kırılması ya da gevşemesi ve üst yapıya ait kırılma gihi herhangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmemiştir. Ancak implant-abutment bölgesinde, diğer sistemlere göre daha kuvvetli ve stabil bir birleşmeyi sağladığı rapor edilen bu yeni sistemin başarısı hakkında karar verebilmek için. hastaların daha uzun dönem takip edilmesi ve implant sayısının artırılması gerekmekledir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose: This study gives information about the use of the spline implant system which is claimed to be more stable and have, a stronger connection at. implant/abutment region, in the treatment of the partially and completely edentulous patients. Case Report: Total 14 Calcitek spline implants which have new design at implant/abutment connections, have been inserted in four patients, two of whom are partially and the others completely edentulous. After prostheses fabrication. 12 months follow-up and clinical evaluations of these patients were completed. Conclusion: During the follow-up period, no complications such as implant fracture, abutment screw fracture or abutment screw loosening or superstructure fracture were observed. However, make a decision about the success of this new system which was reported to be more stable and have a stronger connection at implant-abutment region than other implant systems, it is necessary to increase the number of implants and long-term follow-up of patients.en_US
