dc.description.abstractMevcut çalışma, yüksek seviyede ham protein içeren rasyonlara, farklı seviyelerde eksojen treonin katkısının, yumurtlayan genç Japon bıldırcınlarının performans özelliklerine etkisini saptamak için yapılmıştır. Kuşlar, 3000 kkal/kg ME, % 24 HP, % 1.25 lisin, % 0.55 metiyonin ve sırasıyla % 0.90 (I.grup), % 1.00 (II.grup) ve % 1.10 (III.grup) treonin içeren rasyonlarla 70 gün yenilenmişlerdir. Yumurta verimi ve yumurta ağırlıkları bakımından gruplar arasında gözlemlenen farklılıklar önemli olup (P0.05), treonin katkısı diğe'r performans ölçütlerini etkilememiştir. Deneme sonu itibariyle, değinilen özellikteki rasyonlar için, eksojen treonin kullanımının gereksiz olduğu söylenebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPresent study was performed to determine the effects of threonine (thr) addition to diets containing high protein on performance traits of laying Japanese quail. The birds were fed corn-soybean based diets providing 3000 kcal/kg ME, 24 % CP, 1.25 % lysine, 0.55 % methionine and these levels remained constant thorough 70 days experimental period. The experiment groups are as follow; 0.90 % thr (group-I), 1.00 % thr (group-II) or 1.10 % thr (group-III). There were significant differences among the experimental groups for egg production and egg weight (P<0.05). But, threonine supplementation to diets containing high protein did not affect other performance criteria. It is possible to say that exogenous threonine addition to diets containing high protein may not be necessary.en_US
