Özet
Edatlar (çekim edatları), Türkçenin ilk yazılı kaynaklarından beri cümle kuruluşuna katılan, kelimeler arasında çeşitli anlam ilişkileri kuran görevli kelimelerdir. Yazıda edat terimi dar anlamıyla, çekim edatı (ilgeç) karşılığında kullanılmıştır. Edatlar (çekim edatları), cümle içinde "edat grupları"nı oluşturmakta ve cümlede zarf, sıfat ve isim görevi üstlenirler. Anlamsal olarak bakıldığında bu kelime türünün (çekim edatının) cümleye sebep, miktar, durum vb. anlamlar kattığı görülür. Bu çalışmada, Kemal Tahir'in Devlet Ana adlı romanından hareketle, göre edatının kullanımı ve cümle içindeki anlam özellikleri ortaya konulmaya çalışılacaktır.
Prepositions, are the words that in change which participate the construction of the sentences since the first written sources. İn the article, preposition is used in the narrow sense. Prepositions in a sentence create a group of prepositions and they take on a task of adverb, adjective and noun in a sentence. Considering semantically, this kind of word gives meaning of reason, quantity, and situation to the sentence. İn this study the use of ‘’according to’’ preposition and its features in the sentence will be put forward with the help of Kemal Tahir’s novel called ‘’Devlet Ana’’.
