Özet
Development and transformation processes towards the future knowledge society, central institutions, organizations and local government need to have in collaboration with each other to give best social utility. In data sharing between organizations, each institution makes spatial data for their own and don't want to give their knowledge to other, so it cause organizational and political complexity. To examine efficiently spatial data sharing between the institutions, social network analysis is used. In this study, data exchange, the institution of cooperation and relationship of obtaining information about public and private institution that studying with spatial data, determined with the numerical and visual analysis in Konya. As a result, relations between the institutions that work with spatial data, social network analysis, evaluating the invisible network of social relations have been determined.
