| dc.description.abstract | Geleneksel Türk el sanatlarımızdan biri olan bakırcılık sanatı, sanayi devrimi sonrasında diğer el sanatlarında olduğu gibi önemini yitirerek yok olma sürecine girmiştir. Çorum'da bu el sanatı için ayrılan Osmanlı dönemi arastasında günümüzde bu işi devam ettiren birkaç usta bulunmaktadır. Bunlar da zamanın hızlı değişim koşullarına ayak uydurmaya çalışmaktadır. Osmanlı döneminde Çorum kendi bakır kap ihtiyacını karşılayan önemli merkezlerden biridir. Orta Karadeniz bölgesindeki diğer şehirlerde olduğu gibi Çorum'un da bakır ihtiyacı Küre'den karşılanmıştır. Malzeme temini sorununu çözen ustalar kendi atölyelerinde dövme tekniğinde kaplar üretmişlerdir. Kap çeşitliliği bakımından hemen her tür evaniyi görmek mümkündür. Elimizdeki örneklere istinaden bu kapların sadece ihtiyacı karşılayan eşyalar olmadığı aynı zamanda süslemeleri ile dönem üslubunu yansıttıkları görülmektedir. Genellikle Osmanlı geç dönemine tarihlenen bu kaplar üzerinde hem geleneksel motifler hem de batı kökenli motifler bir arada kullanılmıştır. Bu eklektik üslup, bakırlar üzerine genellikle kazıma tekniğinde işlenmiştir. Geometrik motifler, bitkisel motiflerin etrafında kontur olarak kullanıldığı gibi tek başına ayrı bir motif şeklinde de işlenmiştir. Yazı süsleme olmaktan ziyade yaptıranın bilgilerini içeren kitabe nitelindedir. Ancak yazı etrafı bitkisel motiflerde olduğu gibi geometrik bir konturla çerçevelenmiştir. Bazı örneklerde bu kontur, bir palmetle sonuçlanan şemse ile bazı örneklerde ise tuğra şeklinde karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışma, dövme tekniğinde üretilen en erken tarihli kaptan günümüzde üretilen kaplara kadar geniş bir zamanda devam eden Çorum bakırlarının özelliklerinin, hazırlanış ve imalat aşamalarının, ustaların, kap çeşitlerinin, tanıtımı ve Sanat Tarihi çerçevesinde bilimsel değerlendirmelerini ortaya koymaktadır | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | After the industrial revolution, Copperware is one of our traditional Turkish handicrafts, entered into extinction by loosing its importance as the other handicrafts. There are few masters who resume this job in Ottoman-era Arasta which allocated for this handicrafts in Çorum. The rests are trying to adapt to rapid changing condition of the time. Çorum was one of the major centers where meet the needs of their copper vessel during the Ottoman Period. In the black sea region as well as other cities, the copper need has been met from Küre. Craftsman who solved the problem of material supply, produced pots in wroughting technique in their ateliers. Almost every type of vessel in terms of diversity is possible to see ware. Referring to the examples, it’s seen that these pots are not only good meets the need but also decoration reflects the style of their periods. On these vessels often dating to the late Ottoman, both traditional motifs and western originated motifs had been used in combination. This eclectic style have been processed generally on copper in engraving technique. As well as geometric patterns have been used around the floral motifs as contour, these motifs have been processed in the form of a separate pattern individually. Calligraphy is the inscription attribute rather than decoration. However, around the writing is framed by a geometric contour as in floral motifs. In some instances, this contour emerges with sunburst resulting in a palmetto, in other instances emerges as tuğra.
