Özet
Thousands of works have been written up and still being written for centuries about the thoughts, works and life of Mevlana Celaleddin-i Rumi, which has an important place in terms of Turkish culture and literature. Especially studied in classical Turkish literature and the copyrighted works and translations and annotations about Mathnawi, which has been associated with Mevlana for about eight centuries, are still seen today. In this study Tercemanu'l-Ma'nevi fi-Tercemeti'l-Mesnevii translation which is the vernacular translation of Mehmed Sakir Efendi, who translated the Mathnawi which is intended to be understood and told since the day it was written in terms of religious, mystical, moral, literary and scientific knowledge, into a complete translation after Nahifi and died in 1836, are examined, the information about the copies was given and the place of the translator in our literature was explained.
