Özet
Tanıma kurumunun uluslararası hukukta geniş bir uygulama alanı mevcuttur. Birçok yönüyle tartışılan tanıma kurumu, uluslararası hukukun belki de en güç meselelerinden biridir. Bu çalışmayı yapmamızdaki temel amaç, tanıma kurumunun uluslararası hukukta herhangi bir normatif düzenlemede yer almamasına rağmen, uluslararası uygulamada geniş bir yer işgal etmesidir. Devletlerin, hükümetlerin, uluslararası örgütlerin, muhariplerin, asilerin, ulusların ve ulusal kurtuluş hareketlerinin tanımaya konu olması mümkündür. Bu bağlamda, devletlerin tanınması konusunda önemli bir örnek olan Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti'nin tanınması meselesi üzerinde durulmuş ve genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
There is an extensive application field of recognition in international law. The recognition discussed in many different dimension is possibly the most difficult problems of international law. The main aim of this study is that even though recognition does not exist in any normative regulation in international law, it occupies significant space within the international practice. The states?, governments?, international organizations?, belligerencies?, rebels?, nations? and national independence movements? being subjects of recognition is possible. Within this context, the matter of Northern Cyprus Turkish Republic?s recognition that forms an important example about the recognition of states has been focused on and a general evalvation has been done.
