dc.description.abstractIsı stresi altında yetiştirilen broyler rasyonlarına antibakteriyal etkili bitki ekstraktı (Herbromix) katkısının bazı kan parametreleri ile antioksidan sistem üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılan çalışmada 80 adet broyler civciv kullanıldı. Hayvanlar, kontrol (K), bitki ekstarktı (B), stres (S) ve stres bitki ekstraktı (SB) olmak üzere dört gruba ayrıldı. 45 gün süren çalışmanın ilk 15 gününde P ve SP gruplarına bitki ekstraktı uygulamasına başlandı. 15. günden itibaren 15 gün süreyle, ısı stresi ısıtıcılar yardımıyla ortam ısısı 38-39 C olacak şekilde S ve SB gruplarına uygulandı. Son 15 günde ise ısı stresine son verilmesine rağmen bitki ekstraktı uygulamasına 15 gün daha devam edildi. Stres uygulamasının 15. günde S ve SB gruplarında MDA değeri önemli (p0.05) oranda artmış olarak belirlendi. Araştırmada ısı stresi sonrası GSH düzeyi S grubunda önemli (p0.05) oranda azalırken, SB grubunda K grubundan farksız olduğu görüldü. Araştırmada stres uygulamasının 15. gününde S grubunda total protein ve kolesterol miktarları K grubuna göre önemli (p0.05) oranda azalırken glikoz miktarında ise artış (p0.05) belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada SB grubunda GSH düzeyi dışındaki parametrelerde S grubundan önemli bir farklılık gözlenmedi. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada elde edilen verilerısı stresinin olumsuz etkilerini göz önüne sermekle birlikte bitki ekstraktının önemli etkisinin olmadığını da ortaya koymaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractln the study the effects of plant extract (Herbromix®) with an antibacterial effect added to ration on some blood parameters and antioxidants were studied in 80 broiler chicks under heat stress. The chicks were divided into four groups as control (K), plant extract (B), stress (S) and stress plant extract (SB). The study was carried on 45 days. At first 15 days, herbal extract was administrated to P and SP groups. Second 15 days, heat stress (38 -39 C°) was applied to S and SB groups. Plant extract application was carried on during third 15 days. MDA levels increased significantly (p<0.05) in S and SB groups on the 15th day with heat stress. GSH levels significantly decreased in S group compared with the other groups. At the 15th days with the heat stress application, total protein and cholesterol levels were decreased (p<0.05) and glucose levels increased (p<0.05) in S compared with control group. Except of GSH levels there was no differences between S and SB groups in respect of any parameters. In conclusion, the results determined in the study might be important to demonstrate the negative effects of heat stress on some biochemical and antioxidant parameters; however the plant extract administration has no beneficial effect in heat stress.en_US
