Özet
Günümüzde çağdaşlaşma bütün toplumlar için ciddi bir problemdir. Osmalı tarihi, neredeyse Batı ile mücadele tarihi gibidir. Bu süreçte XVI. yüzyıla kadar önemli sıkıntılar hissedilmezken bu tarihten itibaren, bugün hâlâ devam eden, çağdaşlaşma çabasına girmiştir. Bu süreci müspet yönde sonlandıramaması, çağdaşlaşmadaki hareket noktasını ve hedefleri tespit edememe ya da yanlış tespite dayanmaktadır. Burada, bu tespitlerle ilgili bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır.

This progression is not to be positive complete is stand to reason in contemporary point of departure and target is not determined or wrong. In paper, about this fixings will be made some evaluations.
