dc.description.abstractTeknoloji hayatımızı değiştirdiği gibi dil öğrenme ve öğretme sürecini de etkilemiş ve değiştirmiştir. Günümüzde hayatımızı kolaylaştıran teknolojinin etkisi eğitim alanına da yansımıştır. Türkiye, gelecek nesli 21. yüzyıla hazırlamak için dünyadaki eğitim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeleri yakından takip etmekte ve bu uygulamaları eğitim sistemine entegre etmek için büyük bir çaba harcamaktadır. Dil eğitiminde başarılı bir teknoloji entegrasyonu için öğretmenlerin bilgisayar kullanım bilgisi, BİT araçlarına yönelik tutumu ve bunları kullanmadaki özgüveni ve okullarındaki destek ve teknolojik alt yapı önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Veri toplamak için, nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır ve Türkiye'deki farklı okul seviyelerinde çalışan İngilizce öğretmeni grubuna 5'li Likert tipi bir anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya toplam 135 İngilizce iv öğretmeni katılmıştır. Bu çalışma Türk İngilizce öğretmenlerinin bilgisayar yazılımı bilgilerini, kişisel bilgisayar kullanımlarını, dil öğretiminde bilgisayar kullanımına yönelik tutumlarını, BİT'i entegre etme konusundaki algılanan özgüvenlerini, dil becerilerinin ve bileşenlerinin entegrasyonunu ve okul iklimi ve desteğinin önemi gibi geniş bir alanda önemli sonuçlar sağlamaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractTechnology not only deeply changed our lives but also affected and transformed the language learning and teaching process. The impact of technology, which makes our lives easier today, is also evident in the field of education. In order to prepare the next generation for the 21st century, Türkiye closely follows global developments in educational technologies and makes significant efforts to integrate these practices into the education system. The successful integration of technology in language education relies on factors such as EFL teachers' computer software knowledge, personal computer usage, attitudes towards computer usage in language teaching, perceived self-confidence in integrating ICT, integration of language skills and components, and the influence of school climate and support. Quantitative research methods are employed to collect data, and a 5-point Likert-type questionnaire is administered to a group of EFL teachers working at different school levels in Türkiye. A total of 135 EFL teachers participate in the study. This study provides important findings in various areas, including Turkish EFL teachers' computer software knowledge, personal computer usage, attitudes towards computer use in language teaching, perceived self-confidence in integrating ICT, integration of language skills and components, and the significance of school climate and support.en_US
