Sıcaklık stresi oluşturulan broylerlerde antibakteriyal etkili bitki ekstraktının (Herbromix) bazı hematolojik parametreler üzerine etkisi

dc.description.abstractSıcaklık stresi altında yetiştirilen broyler rasyonlarına antibakteriyal etkili bitki ekstraktı (Herbromix) katkısının bazı hematolojik parametreler üzerine etkisinin belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılan çalışmada 80 adet broyler civciv kullanıldı. Hayvanlar, kontrol (K), bitki ekstraktı (B), stres (S) ve stresbitki ekstraktı (SB) olmak üzere dört gruba ayrıldı. 45 gün süren çalışmanın ilk gününden itibaren B ve SB gruplarına bitki ekstraktı uygulamasına başlandı. 15-30. günler arasında, ısıtıcılar yardımıyla ortam ısısı 38- 39 Cº olacak şekilde S ve SB gruplarına sıcaklık uygulandı. 30-45. günde ise sıcaklık stresine son verildi ve bitki ekstraktı uygulamasına devam edildi. Çalışmanın 30. gününde belirlenen hematolojik parametrelerden alyuvar sayısı, akyuvar sayısı, hematokrit değer ve hemoglobin düzeyleri bütün gruplarda kontrol (K) grubuna göre artma eğilimi gösterirken trombosit sayısı açısından farklılık belirlenmedi. S ve SB gruplarında heterofil (P0.05) ve bazofil sayısında artış, eozinofil sayısında ise azalma eğilimi belirlenirken, lenfosit sayısında ise önemli bir azalma belirlendi (P0.05). Monosit yüzde oranında bir farklılık gözlenmezken, H/L oranında kontrole göre bütün gruplarda bir artma eğilimi belirlense de, bu artış S grubunda oldukça belirgindi (P0.05). Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada elde edilen veriler sıcaklık stresinin olumsuz etkilerini göz önüne sermekle birlikte bitki ekstraktının önemli etkisinin olmadığını da ortaya koymaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the study the effects of plant extract (Herbromix®) with an antibacterial effect added to ration on some haematological parameters were studied in 80 broiler chicks under heat stress. The chicks were divided into four groups as control (K), plant extract (B), stress (S) and stress plant extract (SB). During 45 days, plant extract was administrated to B and SB groups at the beginning of the study. Chicks were exposed to heat (38-39 C circ) stress for a period of 15-30{th} days to S and SB groups. Plant extract application was carried on at the end of study. Erythrocyte, leukocyte count, haematocrit and haemoglobin levels tendency to increase in both groups compared with control (C) group and there were no differences with thrombocyte counts in all groups at 15th day of experiment with heat stress. Heterophil (p<0.05) and basophil counts increased in S and SB groups, eosinophil count tendency to decrease and lymphocyte count significantly decreased in S group. Also there were no differences in monocyte count and H/L ratio tendency to increase in all groups compared with control, and this increasing was significant in S group. In conclusion, the results determined in the study might be important to demonstrate the negative effects of heat stress on some haematological parameters; however the plant extract administration has no beneficial effect in heat stress.en_US
