dc.description.abstractBilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinin hızla gelişmesi ve yaygın kullanımı birçok ülkeyi bu teknolojilerden en yüksek fayda sağlayacak stratejiler geliştirmeye ve uygulamaya itmiştir. Teknolojik değişim dinamikleri devletlerin işleyişini ve hizmet sunum biçimini de etkilemiştir. Bu dinamiklere ayak uyduran Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti, devlet hizmetlerini elektronik sisteme aktarmayı politika edinmiş ve bu yolda önemli adımlar atmıştır. Bu çalışmada Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti'ne ait devlet hizmetlerinin elektronik devlet hizmetine dönüştürme süreci anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca çalışmada, ülkedeki mevcut elektronik hizmetlerin istatistiksel bilgileri analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda Azerbaycan'da elektronik devlet hizmetlerinin kullanım yoğunluğunun birkaç işlemle sınırlı kaldığı tespit edilmiştiren_US
dc.description.abstractThe rapid development and widespread use of information and communication technologies have led many countries develop and implement strategies that will benefit the most from these technologies. The dynamics of technological change have also affected the functioning of the states and the manner of service delivery. Republic of Azerbaijan, which keeps up with these dynamics, has taken policy of transferring the state services to the electronic system and has made important steps on this way. This study has explained the process of converting to electronic government services of state service in Azerbaijan. In addition, in this study has been analyzed statistical information of current electronic services in the country. As a result of the analysis, it has been determined that the usage density of electronic government services in Azerbaijan is limited to a few transactionsen_US
