Abstract
Bu çalışmada, mastitisli süt ineklerinden izole edilen 82 koagulaz pozitif (78 Staphylococcus aureus, 4 S. intermedius) ve 25 koagulaz negatif (15 S. epidermidis, 4 S. simulans, 2 S. chromogenes, 2 S. saprophyticus, 2 S. caprae) toplam 107 stafilokok suşunun 3-laktamaz aktiviteleri ve antibiyotiklere duyarlılıklan belirlendi. Koagulaz pozitif sta filokoklardan 36'sı (% 46.1) (S. aureus) ve koagulaz negatif suştanın 12'si (% 48) (10 S. epidermidis. 2 S. simulans) - laktamaz pozitif bulundu. Antibiyotik duyarlılık testlerine göre; 107 stafilokok suşunun 105'i (% 98.1) enrofloksastin'e, danofloksasilin'e, amoksisilin+ klavulonik asit'e, 104'ü (% 97.1) sefaperazon+sulbaktam'a, 981 (% 91.5) kloksasilin'e. 93'u (%) 86.9) selaperazon'a, 86'sı (% 80.3) oksasilin'e, 85i (% 79.4) oksitetrasiklin'e, 83'ü (% 77.5) ampisilin+sulbaktam'a, 801 (% 74.7) gentamisin'e ve 76's (% 71.0) trimetoprim+ sulfametaksazola duyarlı bulundu. Ayrıca, stafilokok suşlarının 67'si (% 62 3) ampisilin'e, 66'sı (% 61.7) penisilin'e, 50'si (% 46.8) eritromisin'e, 42'si (% 39.3) amoksisiline dirençli olduğu tespit edildi.
ß-lactamase activity and susceptibility to antibiotics of staphylococci isolated from milk samples of mastitic dairy cows were determined in this study. A total of 107 staphylococci which consisted of 82 coagulase positive (Staphylococcus aureus 76, S. intermedius 4) and 25 coagulase negative (S. epidermidis 15. S simulans 4. S. chromogenes 2. S saprophyticus 2. S. caprae 2) was used. Of coagulase positive strains, 36 (46.1 %) which all were identified as S. aureus and 12 (48 %) of the coagulase negative strains (S. epidermidis 10 and S simulans 2) were found to have - lactamase activity. Antibiotic susceptibility tests revealed that 105 (98.1 %) of 107 staphylococci strains were found sus ceptible to either enroflaxacin or danofloxacin or amoxicillin+clavuculanic acid. Susceptibility test results for other an tibacterial agents with the 107 strains were as follows: 104 (971 %) for the sefaperazone-sulbactam, 98 (91.5 %) do93 (86.9 %) sefaperazone; 86 (80.3 %) oxacilline: 85 (79.4 %) oxytetracycline. 83 (77.5 %) ampicilline+sulbactam 80 (74.7%) gentamycin: 76 (71.0%) trimetoprim+sulfametaksazol Of the 107 strains 67 (62 3%) were found to resistant to ampicillin while 66 (61.7 %), 50 (46.8 %) and 42 (39.3%) were also found to have susceptibility to penicilin, entromycin and amoxicillin, respectively.
