dc.description.abstractDünyanın her bölgesinde özellikle su kaynaklı ortamlarda bulunan ve sıcak mevsimlerde kontamine su ve gıdaların pişirilmeden veya az pişirilerek tüketilmesi sonucu başlıca gastroenteritis semptomları şeklinde rahatsızlıklara sebep olan Plesiomonas shigelloides’in genel özellikleri, epidemiyolojisi, besinlere bulaşması ve bulaşmada rol oynayan gıdalar, patojenitesi, semptom, izolasyon ve idendifikasyonu hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPlesiomonas shigelloides found in water environment around the world and causes gastroenteritis in human beings consumed contaminated water and food especillay raw and rare-cooked. In this review, some knowledge about general characteristics, epidemiology, contamination to food, pathogenesis, symptom, isolation and identification of Plesiomonas shigelloides was given.en_US
